Emergency Contact Information

If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or have someone take you to the nearest hospital if you are more stable.

If you have a less urgent need, you are welcome to call us promptly but do not hesitate to go straight to the Bryn Mawr Hospital Emergency Room if you feel that is the best course. We can always talk with you and the Emergency Departments physicians after you arrive.

After hours — Phone calls

Please do call us if you feel you are having a problem that will not wait until the next morning.

One of the physicians is always available 24 hours a day.

Your call will take a few minutes to contact our answering service. In turn it takes more time for the service to contact us.

We usually can call you back within 25 minutes.

Please give us an unblocked phone number that allows us to call you back. Many of our patients forgot that they have blocked their phones to avoid unwanted calls from strange numbers. Please press *65 to unblock your phone.

Please try to arrange for your prescription refills during normal working hours. This will get you better service since both we and the Pharmacy will be open.
